A unique combination of essential oils and other natural ingredients. It eases breathing and relieves muscular pain caused by cold and cough.

Ingredient Information

Essential oils from traditional plants such as eucalyptus, thyme, cedar, nutmeg, pine, rosemary and cinnamon.

Directions of Use

To relieve muscular pain: Spread a small amount of balm in different parts of the body (neck, back, chest) 3- 4 times a day.

To ease breathing: Dilute a spoonful in a pot filled with hot water and inhale the steam for 3- 5 minutes.

 Free from: Vaseline, camphor, mint
